PRODUCT orders are normally sent within 2-6 weeks, and you won't be charged until shipment.
We're sorry, no refunds allowed, but we can offer exchange for shipping damage if notified within 48 hours or defects if notified within 30 days of receipt. Please indicate the reason for the exchange, and return to the shipping address on your package.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: The current issue of the magazine will be sent, unless you advise us by email right away if you wish to start with the following issue instead. Subscriptions are not refundable, but we can put a courtesy hold on the subscription if you are temporarily out of the region.
CAST & CREW DATABASE You will not be charged until your resume is actually posted! We will notify you when it is. Fees for this service are annual fees.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS are charged when your registration is received and your space has been reserved. Please note the cancellation and refund policy: click "Indie-U cancellation policy" in menu bar on the left or see the description of the workshop if different. Deposits (when allowed) are not refundable. However, we may be able to transfer it to the same workshop, in the event it is held at a later date.
