POSTAL DELIVERY FAILURES: Should an issue fail to be delivered by the Post Office, or is damaged, we will gladly extend your subscription by one issue. For U.S. addresses only, if you wish to have us re-send a lost issue, you will need to cover $1.99 (postage & envelope only) to mail the replacement copy.
CHANGES OF ADDRESS: It is the subscriber's responsibility to notify us in writing (by email or US Postal Svc) of changes in mailing address prior to the effective date of change. Issues missed due to the failure to report the change in a timely manner will not be replaced, however we may extend your subscription one extra issue if warranted.
WRAPPED PRODUCTION LISTING: You will be chargedwhen the order is placed. Upon publication, normally within 6-8 weeks, we will mail your two copies to the address you provided in the charge, unless you notify us of a different mailing address.
CLASSES & WORKSHOPS are charged when your registration is received and your space has been reserved. Note the cancellation and refund policy: In case a program is cancelled, a full refund will be made;
allow 4-6 weeks for a credit to post. If you are unable to attend and notify us in writing at least 15 days prior to the event, a refund, less 15% for costs, will be made as above.
No refund will be payable if you cancel within 15 days prior to the event, however you may a.) send a substitute person or b.) transfer your registration (for the same program) in the event it is held at a later date. [If an event has a different or additional policy in effect, it will be noted in the event's description].
Note that a magazine subscription purchased to achieve a discounted class will not be refunded in the event you or we cancel the class.
